The Le@rning Federation licenses content from a range of suppliers under various licensing and business models.
In the licences, we seek permission to allow teachers and students to use the content within a teaching and learning context.
Our supplier models include the following.
- We exchange content with other public organisations: our project with Learn Alberta is an example of this model. By exchanging content both parties can supplement their collections.
- We license content under commercial terms: our projects with Utah State University and Liquid Animation are examples.
- We license content that is out of copyright.
